1. Terms of use

iBYOP helps businesses create and publish websites and receive enquiries. Available features depend on your plan. The public demo uses sample data.

You must be 18 or older and authorised to act for your business. Keep your account secure. Publish only content you have permission to use. Review AI-generated content, prices, claims and images before publishing. You are responsible for your website, your dealings with customers, and the information you collect from them. AI outputs can be inaccurate. iBYOP does not guarantee sales, leads or search rankings.

Do not use iBYOP for spam, fraud, phishing, malware, impersonation, infringement or unauthorised data collection. We may restrict access or remove content to address abuse, security risks or legal requirements. Contact us if you believe a restriction was made in error.

You retain the rights you hold in your content and allow us to process and display it to provide the service as you direct. Third-party assets are subject to their own terms. Indian law applies, and your statutory rights remain available.

2. Privacy and cookies

We use account details to sign you in and manage your workspace. We process website content to help you create and publish your site. We deliver visitor enquiries to the business operating the site. For enquiries submitted to a customer website, contact that business about how it uses your information.

We use Firebase for sign-in and platform infrastructure. When you use an AI feature, the information needed for the request may be sent to our configured AI provider. Avoid entering passwords or sensitive customer information into AI prompts. If paid checkout is available, the payment provider handles payment credentials. Technical information such as IP addresses and sign-in events may be used for security and troubleshooting.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, configured for up to five days, and browser storage for some preferences.

We keep information as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. To ask for access, correction, deletion or account closure, email hello@ibyop.com. We may verify your identity before acting. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security or billing reasons.

3. Payments, cancellation and refunds

A plan enquiry does not start billing. If paid checkout is available, review the price, taxes, billing period and renewal terms before authorising payment. A recurring plan renews only under the mandate you authorise.

To stop renewal, use the billing controls where available or email hello@ibyop.com. Ask us to confirm the effective date. Closing your account does not by itself confirm cancellation of a payment mandate.

For a billing error or refund request, email us with your workspace and payment reference. We’ll review the charge, service delivered, terms shown at purchase and your rights under applicable law. Keep card details and OTPs out of support messages.
